During my internship I've been using agentic AI tools to simplify our workflows, which lets us bring products from idea to release faster without lowering the quality. Every product with a model inside is a conversation. A prompt is an interface. A pause is an interface. A refusal is an interface. Most of AI design happens in places nobody screenshots: the second before an answer, the sentence after a mistake, the moment an agent decides to ask instead of act. I design those places. Not to make machines feel human, but to make them behave — clearly, briefly, honestly. Good AI design says less, waits longer, and knows when it doesn't know.
